Primarily the focus will be on the IP issues most relevant to European SMEs, including but not limited to:

Preparing for the trade fair in advance

What measures to take whilst participating in trade fairs

Taking action against an infringer at a trade fair

Top tips to watch out for whilst participating in trade fairs in Southeast Asia.

  • Assessing and protecting your IP on a limited budget
  • Protecting your innovations – patent and trademark registration
  • Avoiding the IPR pitfalls in ASEAN countries
